Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders placed after 4pm EST will be received and entered on the next business day.

Ground shipments:

UPS serves as our default carrier for ground shipments. FedEx shipments typically ship within 1-2 business days upon completion of the order. If using FedEx, there is a $10 pickup charge.

If you would like to use your own shipping account (UPS or FedEx), please leave your account number in the comment box when placing your order. Otherwise, shipping costs will be charged to the card used to place the order.

Freight (LTL / FTL):

Orders over 150lbs ship as LTL – prepay and add. If you have a carrier you’d like to use, or if you would like to be contacted for freight shipments, please leave a comment when placing your order. Any freight orders requiring a skid are subject to an additional handling fee that is based on the size and quantity of skids used.

International:

We currently offer international shipments. Typically, international customers arrange their own shipping. Customers are responsible for all customs, tariffs, and duty fees and must have a broker to handle the customs clearance. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
