Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Magic Rack! Standard products can be returned within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit. Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used when placing the order. Custom products cannot be returned or refunded as they are made to order per the customer’s specifications.

Please Note: A restocking fee may be applied to high volume returns.
